1, Are 12V led strip brighter than 5V?
12V Addressable led strip is not brighter than 5V, 12V need less current and less voltage drop thane 5V.
2, How long can a 24V LED strip be?
12V DC LED Strip longest length is 16ft (5 meters); 24V DC LED strip longest length is 32ft (10 meters). 24V Constant Current (CC) LED Strip is 65ft (20 meters). 120V / 220LED Strip maximum length is 164ft (50 meters).
3, What is the difference between 12V and 24V LED strips?
12V Addressable led strip is 3led per cut; 24V digital led strip is 6led per cut, 12V strip have more cut mark, better for corners. 24V have less current so less voltage drop for it.
4, What is built-in IC and external IC led strip?
Built-in IC is make the IC in LED, there no need any more place for IC which can put more led on the PCB.
5, Can any LED strip be addressable?
No. RGB led strip without IC inside, there can not be addressable. Addressable led strip means there have IC on it, so it can be control different in every LED colors or every group colors.
